Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times typically range between 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as customs processing, courier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Tracking information may take a few days to update after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure orders arrive on time, shipping delays may occur due to:

These delays are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to assist customers if any issues arise.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. CamCruzer™ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the courier, the delivery process is managed by the shipping company.

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbours or contacting your local courier.

We will always do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.
